Wife had a special birthday coming up, contacted Jacqueline and explained what I wanted, dates required and she took over from there.
Made the whole thing as straight forward as possible and was always at end of phone with any questions.
Great personal service and advice with regards what to do/not to do.
Will be using again.

Used Jacqueline for many holidays
Used Jacqueline for a number of trips. Uk and abroad. Service is great, very friendly and reliable. Willing to assist anytime with queries.
I have a few trips booked through Jacqueline over the remainder of 23 and 24. Looking forward to my holidays.

Cruise 2024. Once we identified the cruise we wanted…
Once we identified the cruise we wanted we contacted PTC Jacqueline Baird. Jacqueline made everything from then very easy for us and has been able to resole all our queries and questions. She has been a great help.
