Found James on Facebook and after a few messages I went ahead and booked with him. Great service, prices quoted quickly and when I was ready to book, the time was pre-arranged and James was ready to go slightly before the time. Very smooth booking process, will definitely use James again!

We just book our holiday for next year with James it was very easy and we got a very good deal, he’s was very helpful and made the process very easy and fun way easier than going into our local branch. my wife thought he could be a a scammer but i can 💯 tell you he’s not after getting all the details at the agreed costings, prefect, will use again

Looking for a special holiday for our Ruby wedding anniversary and fancied Thailand but very apprehensive about long haul flight. Spoke with James and after a number of email exchanges and through his suggestions and recommendations have just booked 2 nights in Abu Dhabi and a 23 night stay in 4 locations in Thailand. Booked with James last week then needed to make an alteration to the booking which i thought would be a pain but has more than happy to try and sort this and he did and once again couldn't be more helpful.

I found James by chance through a Facebook advert, I've never booked through an agent before so was a little apprehensive but I reached out to him and he was patient with me as I was being very indecisive but he answered all my questions and made it all so easy! After hours and hours of unsuccessful searching to find a sunshine hen party we reached out to Jay. He found the perfect holiday for us at an even more perfect price! He responded straight away to all my messages and dropped everything on a Friday night to make the booking for us when we gave him the green light.
