Just come back from a UK holiday booked with Jenny. We had a great time, all went really smoothly we had a lovely lodge she answered all of our questions and sent the paperwork through very quickly

I saw an advert on Facebook for Caribbean cruises. I had already seen what I wanted on the P&O website but decided to contact Hayes to understand if they could 'better' the price and they did. Jenny went over and beyond to assist and I booked my trip with her. She also said she will send me reminders of things I need to do before sailing e.g. Renew my passport & assist with completing some documents before sailing.

Great communication, friendly and really helpful. First time to go through an agent rather than direct and will definitely use Jenny at Hays again.

I used a TA as previously we had always just done a straightforward no fly cruise but this time it's a fly cruise so I reached out and honestly, Jenny couldn't have been more helpful. Jenny has been absolutely brilliant with helping us book our honeymoon! She was very responsive and knowledgeable when it came to queries about packages and what best to go for. She managed to get us a great deal and has put us at ease knowing everything is in hand for our special trip.
