Jess is so super helpful
I contacted Jess regarding a cruise I'd seen, having never done one before I had no idea what I was booking.
Jess was incredibly patient and explained everything thoroughly to me.
I am really grateful to Jess for the amount of time spent with me and I even got a friend on board to book. Jess stayed up late to get both bookings completed for us.

The agent was very helpful and polite she didn’t rush us and explained everything so clearly as my friend and I are in our 80s she couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy

Holiday booking made easy with Jess
Booking a trip to Disney for my family and Jess made this process so clear and simple for me. Holiday booked within hours. Messages were answered within minutes of sending & Jess even called to take my info over the phone. Great service & so slick and easy from initial message right through to payment. Thank you so much. As a busy mum this was made so simple for me to book this so quickly!

What a star!
After wanting to book Disneyland Paris for me and my family for ages!! I finally, rather nervously took the plunge!
I had no real idea what I wanted, but Jess put a perfect package together for us!!
She also kept checking in, and made sure we were aware of the extra benefits of booking!
Not only that, we received an lovely package of Disney goodies and a thank you card in the post for being her first DISNEY booking
