Jill is a real credit to Hays.
I cant recall now how many holidays Jill has booked for me now, but that in itself speaks volumes. Jill is lovely, always professional and efficient. She has gotten to know me over the years and has always provided me with more than I expect. I know if I go to Jill my holiday will be exceptional. Exceptional customer service
Jill made the whole booking a special holiday easy, understood our needs and did all the hard work especially as getting 3 specific cabins on a cruise is quite an ask!

Fantastic support and advice - Jill was brilliant at helping us to find the right holiday for our family of 5 (which can be tricky in terms of rooming) in budget and also on getting the right support for our daughter who is autistic.

Jill was able to talk to the Wendy Wu rep and get us an even bigger discount! She told us to hold off booking until she spoke to them face to face at a conference. She got an additional £400 off my 60th birthday trip which was wonderful!!

Excellent customer service from Jill at Hays Once again.
Jill is so responsive and really works out what you want from your trip. She then gives great options to choose from based on these. She's very professional, approachable and really knows her stuff. I recommend her completely to everyone I know. It's wonderful to have an agent you can fully trust. I wouldn't use anyone else.
