Singapore sensation
Jo was very informative, polite and knowledgeable. When we asked about different things she was there offering many different options for us. Even bringing the original price down whilst doing so. Which obviously was amazing.

Excellent service from Pip
Excellent service from Pip, put together what looks to be an excellent itinerary for a trip to Thailand.
Very good communication and very helpful.
Been of a slightly elder generation was a bit unsure booking through Facebook / Messenger but Hays and Jo's Page had been recommended by a friend who had booked several holidays with them.
Obviously not been away yet but without jinxing it confident everything will be smooth running.

Jo is amazing & a fountain of knowledge! She is always so helpful, accommodating & extremely quick to respond. We have booked several holidays with her (& Pip) and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. I have recommended her to lots of my friends who also now always book with her. We honestly can’t rate her highly enough!
