Having sorted out the problem we had with TUI a few weeks before we travelled. Hays gave us a great holiday to Tenerife. So much so that we are going again this year.

Brilliant customer service
Joanne is very helpful and gave me quotes for several great holidays, not an easy task as there are 11 of us. She also managed to get 3 free child places which was brilliant and kept the holiday with in my budget.
