Third time I have booked a cruise with Hays Travel and the third time I have booked with Julie.
Julie makes the whole process easy to do and understand, nothing too much too trouble for her.

The whole experience was stress free,julie kelly was extremeley professional friendly and helpful. From me showing her some hotels that i was interested in,the holiday was booked within the hour.
