Disneyland Paris - excellent customer service
We booked a Disneyland Paris holiday through Julie Painter and the customer service from start to finish was fantastic. Julie was available to talk to night or day, could always answer my questions and went above and beyond to ensure we knew everything we needed to know before we went. She truely is a Disney expert. On top of all of this, when my son got taken ill on holiday and had to stay a night in a French hospital, Julie was straight on the phone rearranging our ferry and getting us an extra night in the Disney hotel - both free of charge. This took so much stress off of us and I would definitely book through Julie again. Excellent service.

Julie was really really knowledgeable and helpful when booking our trip to Disneyland Paris. Julie was really helpful and able to share her own personal experience at Disneyland and what would work well for us as a family. She was very patient while we made our choices , and super helpful . Would continue to use her to book future holidays !

Personal attention was the key to us booking this far ahead. Julie knew what we were looking for and found a great deal for us. It was so easy and quick to organize which helps a lot when you are busy.
