Best travel agent this side of the Atlantic

Rome city break with 3 kids
Justine Nos at Hays travel did a great job trying to find the right accommodation in the right area for us on our recent booking. We are a bit complex as we are 1 family but like to have 2 separate rooms to help with organising children but Justine managed to get a great deal for us and it was so straight forward booking with her. She was so informative but also relaxed and friendly, thanks Justine x

Highly recommend Justine - nothing is too much trouble. She is so helpful and any queries or questions are handled quickly and efficiently. This is the first time we have booked through Justine and it won’t be the last. Looking forward to Egypt in a few weeks- thanks again.

Booking with ease
We booked our disneyland holiday with Justine Tuesday. I couldn't have hoped for a better service. We booked really late on in the evening and she was more than happy to help searching through the cheapet days/ times to fly. She was professional start to finish and super friendly, we felt at ease booking through her, that much so we've booked another holiday with her just a few days later.
