Very happy to have Karen book my winter holiday after an initial enquiry about a summer safari which wasn’t quite right for me. But she didn’t drop me when I said it’s not right for me, kept communication going. So booked via her for winter and she reduced my price from Jet 2 App. Very helpful and efficient.
