Karen was great to deal with from the outset. Very personable and attentive. Communication was swift when replying to questions. Even called me late on the Sunday night for me to book, looking into different options for flights for us. Checking to see if I understood the ESTA visa application and giving advise on my change of passport situation. Will definitely keep an eye on her facebook page for future deals .
