Kate platts was very attentive, easy to deal with and efficient. Booked our holiday including disabled assistance in a timely manner. Kate had booked us two holiday already this month.

Kate got us the holiday at the best price available half the price of another holiday company and that is what we like in Barnsley a good old bargain. the booking process was a dream and almost done by me texting her through my details. after that, the booking portal was very user-friendly and now we cant wait to go to on our trip.
