Kathryn Benson is amazing!! Very very fast response and the whole process from the first question to completing the booking was efficient and professional!! Nothing was too much bother, and even after booking, Kathryn replied to my messages late in the evening and early in the morning! Kathryn is definitely my go to person for my holidays!!! 2nd time I've booked my holiday with this women and am glad I have done ..my next holiday i might even book again with her ...she goes out of her way to make everything easy for the customer...with brilliant payment plans. Kathryn also is emailing the hotel as its bath or shower and my wife can't get in and out of bath so hopefully a walk in shower will be waiting on us...all in all I just want to give Kathryn a big 5 out of 5 from the carson family thank you .

I booked a Disney package through one of your consultants in January. We went in December. On the 1st morning, I went to hotel reception to see if our tickets were there, they advised as it was through a 3rd party I would need to contact them. So I rang and left a message on thr agents answer machine, explaining the situation, as I hadnt received anything in my emails about tickets, needless to say, I am still waiting on that return call. Luckily for us the staff at Disney were superb, albeit it took precious time off our trip, I will not use that agent again.
