This was the 4th holiday that Kelly has helped us to decide on and then book , for us. Each one has been tailored to suit our wishes and Kelly has been instrumental in searching the locations and advising us on all the necessary information, for us to make a decision. She is efficiently professional whilst maintaining a pleasant style of service throughout. This time was particularly special , as she accommodated an appointment at short notice, for a holiday in less than 2 months time. Well done , Kelly, you're a Star. Thank you , Jill and Steve.

Kelly was incredibly helpful in helping us book our trip to Lapland. She patiently answered all of our questions (and there were lots!) and took the time to find the right experience for us as a family. She recommended a location she felt would suit us well and worked around the dates we had available. Kelly was always responsive to messages, knowledgeable and made the whole booking process easy and stress-free.
