Well what can i say about this amazing person. I contacted Kerry via FB as there had seen a shout out for her and how amazing she was. I have been trying to book a holiday with another travel agent who on my first holiday was amazing but trying to rebook another one... not so good to the point the last contact was July and Im still waiting on a response! Anyway thats heading away from what Im doing here.
I contacted Kerry, gave her some background ( we're not a simple booking) and within 1 week Kerry had found us some choices and our holiday 2026 is now booked. Kerry spent time to look at all our needs and trawled through many hotels to be able to give us a choice and what we need from the holiday. When she said she would get back to us she did. I cannot rate this lady enough. The other person had me to the point of giving up trying to book a holiday but Kerry has now given us something to look forward to.
Im sure we weren't the easiest to accommodate as my hubby is disabled so we have a few things to consider which when youre going in blind can be quite underwhelming. Kerry helped me get over that with all that she has done and I feel that she will be with us every step of the way in the run up to the holiday and I can assure you, if the holiday goes well ( this will be done to our experience there and not what Kerry has done) then we would 100% come back to Kerry.

Kerry took time to research exactly what we wanted from our next holiday, providing options with different room types and basis within out budget. Kerry sourced extra leg room seats which are a must for us! Overall consistent brilliant service.
