Although the agent asked supervisors for assistance, we came away with exactly what we wanted and are looking forward to our future holidays. Would sooner go to Hays as we have reassurance that everything is covered

Both Agents had excellent people skills and listened to what we required. We are both demanding people but our needs and expectations were fully met. Both Sarah and Wendy did a great job finding the right holiday for our family. Sarah was excellent sorting out our choice and finalising the details and requirements.

Catriona was really patient and helpful with me choosing a surprise break for my partner. I wasn't sure where I wanted to go and she worked through a number of options to suit my budget. Cant wait to go

We wanted to book a trip to Canada,after being sent round and round on Air Canada website we went to Hays travel .We got exactly the deal and flight times we wanted. I would recommend going to Hays as you know it will be genuine and not a bogus website. We were very well looked after by Justine,and found the whole experience relaxed and stress free.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and an offer to help. It was our first time there but it won’t be our last. So helpful , they made choosing our holiday a joy. Everybody was brilliant!

Wendy was excellent, listened to what we wanted, helped narrow locations and hotels down and was very patient with us as we changed the country we were originally planning on travelling to. The whole process was enquiry to booking took about 1 hour, we are pleased with our choice.

It took less than 10 minutes to renew my holiday insurance being dealt with professionally and pleasantly plus being given information about future holiday bookings. Excellent service

Wendy was very friendly & helpful with helping us pick the right cruise, as we wanted to goto Santorini. We knew the the general sale had started. She got the list of cruises up and went through them till we found the one that suited. She also advised us on our deck and room as we been on the Iona and this cruise is on a smaller ship Azura. She advised us of all the cost and went through all the paperwork , She also helped me with doing your new app so we can make payments and other bits.
We do like all the girls in the kettering branch, we usually speak to Sofia but she is on maternity leave.
We always book our hoilday with the girls in kettering. Well done Wendy and thank you for your help and advise.

Just booked a holiday at Kettering branch, Jordan was very helpful and we were very pleased with the service.

Jordan listened to us and was very efficient in finding what we wanted, while giving us plenty of opportunity to review the information.
