Such a positive experience booking two holidays through Hays Kettering this week. Wendy was so knowledgable about both trips and helped us choose options best for us. She then went over and above, phoning Eurostar to make sure we all got to sit together - really appreciated such great customer service!

My husband has just been in hospital and the friendly staff dealt with our holiday arrangements exceedingly well and while we need holiday bookings we will always use hayes travel.

Sara was an absolute star, she helped us find our holiday for this year after looking at so many options, she was very patient as we was there an hour and a half trying to find somewhere.

It was my 1st time booking with hays travel. I thought I would go in with my sister and see what was available. This is to be our 1st holiday out of the UK. We had a staff member called Sofia helping us out and we explained we had never gone away before. She was very kind and explained to us all of our worries we had and questions we was thinking. She made us feel as ease and didnt rush us so we felt nice and calm about the experience. We are happy with the service and options available also. I would definitely go in again to book another holiday in the future.
