Ali was great and sorted out the city break that I wanted. Fantastic help and Ali was friendly and was very skilled in her ability to match the break to suit my budget and needs. Excellent service.

The staff are always helpful
. Our member of staff went out of her way to make sure we got the holiday to suit our needs as I have health problems she made sure that the hotel could

Great service shame about the price
We knew the holiday we wanted snd Heather was great at helping us book it and informing us of all the options this is second time we have booked through Hays Travel the only negative was price of the holiday was £100 pp more expensive than if we had booked online ourselves
