Kim was the perfect agent
Kim handled my bookings with professionalism from the very start . She also went above and beyond to help with any questions and extras I wanted .
She had great advice for travelling with a mobility issue and managed to get me the disabled cabin I needed ..
I couldn’t have asked for more . I’m planning several trips in the next year or 2 and will def use Kim from Hays Travels

Fantastic experience and stress free
Had an amazing experience and Kim was a amazing too.
After TUI messed up our booking Kim booked for us with Jet2 and saved the day. Same dates, flight times and Hotel as before.
