Helen at the King's Lynn Hays Travel branch was absolutely brilliant and booked us the perfect first cruise to the Norwegian Fjords for me and my family. She took care of everything including sorting out a hotel booking for the day before, travel insurance, parking and any extras we needed. Everything was taken care of, making it stress free for us. Can't recommend her enough, she went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much we had a wonderful time x

We found that all staff was very pleasant and friendly. They were very helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble.
Tried 2 other travel agents did not seem to be bothered in really helping.
5* plus for hays.

Competent and friendly staff
I spoke to two different members of staff on two different days. They were both helpful and made phone calls on my behalf to check availability and details.
They spent time going through the information on the holiday booked.
A very helpful team.
