Hays Kirkham
Called Hays Kirkham and spoke with Daniel - gave him holiday dates and asked him to ring me back as I was going in a meeting. He rang me back as promised one hour later. He gave me the details of holidays he had found. I explained I had a voucher code which he was happy to try and apply to the cost of the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he emailed me the holiday details straight away.

Great / Friendly Service
Mollie was great in helping us arrange a trip to Rome followed by a cruise. She was friendly and very efficient in arranging everything. Have used Hays several times and never let us down.

Wayne was excellent
I didn't mind having to go to the Blackpool location. Wayne was excellent, he made sure we got the best deal on a cruise and did apologise for the delay in completing the booking.

Had a great experience in our Kirkham…
Had a great experience in our Kirkham branch, I went in to look at booking a week away, and Wayne the assistant manager, came up with lots of great ideas for the budget we had. All booked smoothly and even listened to my requests to make the holiday extra special for our Anniversary, he emailed the Hotel for me to arrange this. All in all a great day.

Kirkham office was fantastic , really helpful . Just wondering though when my son spoke to your Lytham office they wanted nearly £100 a person more , very strange as its the same company 🤔
