Brilliant customer service and very helpful.
We used Kirsty to book our last Holiday to Barbados and we happened to be flying the day after the Heathrow fire and Kirsty was fantastic. Provided updates even out of hours. We couldn’t have asked for any more. The booking process was easy and we’ve just rebooked with Kirsty for St Vincent. We just feel Kirsty goes that extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be back in touch to book our trip for later in the year :)

I use Kirsty often to book our holidays, always tailors things to our needs, quick responses and often manages to get the holiday at a discounted rate than what I have seen elsewhere. We are planning a longhair trip for 6 weeks and Kirsty has arranged this for us. Could not be happier!
