Perfect service
The team in Lanark are fabulous The new shop is incredible the girls for me a great deal for Florida in both Disney and universal Kelly and Megan were so knowledgeable in helping me booth my trip with lots of extra tips. Great service will definitely be coming back.

Excellent customer service
I found the staff at Hays Travel to be welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to choosing and booking my holiday. Their prices were very competitive and I liked the support of booking with an agent, rather than online. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

We popped in to get some euros and met your lovely lanark crew working there as they are getting a facelift in Lanark. Kelly and the girls took their time to chat with us. Went in for euros and came out with a cruise to Japan ha ha. First class.

Booking was great
Booking was great. I travel tomorrow. I was told that my transfer vouchers would be sent via email. No sign yet . Will be waiting on the shop opening tomorrow. You just don't need this crap the night before you leave.
