I booked my holiday at the Lancaster…
I booked my holiday at the Lancaster Store with Tom, what amazing customer service, he listened to all my requests and there was a few...but managed to get exactly what I wanted, nothing was ever too much trouble and I can't wait to go away and celebrate my birthday with my kids...would definitely recommend booking your holiday through Hayes travel and if you're in Lancaster, definatley go and see Tom he's amazing

It was so easy
It was so easy. Christian and Tony made our experience so stress free. All the hassle of searching taken out of it. We are so pleased. I have used Hays before for cruising and again, a stress free booking. I recommend that everyone goes back to the traditional visit to a shop.

Holiday to look forward to
Me and Peter went in to book a holiday for us and our eldest Granddaughter and Tom was excellent with helping us find the right holiday for us ,we have booked with Tom before so whenever we are looking to book holidays we always choose Tom and he always tries to get the best deal for us so we always know we can rely on him and it saves us from trawling through lots of different sites and we always feel very relaxed when we go.Jennie and Peter Woodend
