Overall experience excellent and totally stress free. Everything sorted including bokking of seats to car parking at the airport. The only minor concern would be that we didnt receive any discounts when booking the holiday in store rather than online.

Going Solo !
Went into Hays travel Lancaster with a view to booking a holiday. There were three desks with assistants ready to serve. I chose Charlotte who was friendly, helpful & went over & above to find what I wanted including travel insurance & assistance help as I have arthritis. I went for The Delfin Hotel in Salou with Jet 2 as I'd been there last year with my friend & it was great.

Tom was superb
Tom was superb, he was friendly and very competent. He guided us through our holiday booking and got us a great deal. We left feeling like we’d achieved more than we had intended or even expected as cruising can be a minefield of hidden charges.

Nice experience …
Saw a holiday to Greece in the shop window at a good price so decided to go in . I haven’t booked with a travel agent for years as i usually book online. The assistant (sorry can’t remember his name) was really nice and checked it out for me. Also makes it a bit easier as I can collect my boarding pass before I go instead of printing my own. I’d probably use them again next time if it saves me scrolling through online and compares well.

Logan was absolutely fantastic!! He went above and beyond helping us book our perfect holiday. He was very patient when we asked him questions or concerns and he put our minds at ease.
