Went into Largs branch of Hays Travel and spoke to Kim about a holiday. After a helpful conversation we were all booked up and ready to go. We would not book anywhere else as its always a pleasure boo... Voir plus

Caribbean Cruise
Our experience of booking our cruise was very straight forward. Eva was very helpful and knowledgeable about our destinations and ship we are travelling on. We did ask lots of questions which were answered. Also Kiera from the money exchange who set up our Hays travel money cards and also with setting up the app on our phones it was very helpful indeed. All in all a very good experience and would certainly book again in the future.

I dealt with a travel agent named Heather. She was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I went in with a vague idea of a break and she efficiently turned that into the reality of a fully planned holiday.
I haven’t used a travel agent for a number of years but this was really impressive.

Top class service
Kim, Largs. I booked with Kim about 10 years ago for an all inclusive holiday and customer service was outstanding. Kim was available before, during and after the holiday. I approached Kim to book another all inclusive holiday to the same destination, I have moved away so was unable to go into the branch, like before, but this didn't prove an issue. I was pretty vague with what I was looking for, Kim gave me recommendations that we loved. This booking may have been 10 or so years later than my first booking, there wasn't much difference in price, very impressive. I highly recommend, super customer service and a stress free booking. No deposit and affordable monthly payments are a bonus.

Great experience
I went in to book a holiday I had a price in mind and I already knew what hotel I wanted I was served by the apprentice who went above and beyond to meet all my needs in a timely manner and even told me if I flew one day earlier I could save some money she managed to sort out a lot of requests I had which took a huge amount of stress off me and pre booked our seats and arrange special assistance we travel regularly as a big family and we will deffos be back to book more holidays !
