Just nipped in to look at a holiday end of September and left fully booked and really happy with the help from heather she was really helpful

As soon as you enter the office, you are greeted by a lovely hello and smile by Heather. She asks all the relevant questions re the holiday you are looking for. You are given several options to choose from. Heather seemed well informed of the area and hotels we were looking at. With her knowledge and expertise we found the hotel we hope suits us and will look forward to our holiday.

I was very anxious about the wole thing but she smoothed things along perfectly.
I could have done with a tad more hand holding re the Travel Insurance.

Fantastic experience!
Heather has been fabulous! She listened to everything we were looking for in our honeymoon and has created the perfect package for us. The process has been totally stress free and easy for us to make a decision. Can’t recommend Heather enough.

Time saver
We gave Kim all the details of holiday we wished and she done all the work.
Which was great as saved us time.
First time we have used a travel agent in years and will be using again saves you so much time.

I contacted Heather from Hays Travel to look for a holiday for me and my pal, we weren’t really sure on where we were going, Heather gave us loads of options and we changed dates and hotels and locations and she accommodated to our needs no matter how many times we changed our minds!
