Laura went above and beyond to accommodate our holiday booking, my husband wasn’t home at the time of my enquiry and I was unable to confirm our booking till 8.45 in the evening, Laura got straight back to us and with all the details of the flights and hotel information, exceptional service .

A great booking experience
Laura helped to booked a large group family holiday. We had changed. The tour operator had changes. Flights, dates, rooms. We threw it all at her. But she sorted it with no stress to ourselves. Thank you for your opticians Laura.
