She took time to get the right holiday for us and we were quite indecisive, she sorted out the extra help that we needed for our son and helped with questions regarding our visa forms. Great service, she was very understanding of our requirements even if we did change things every other day. (lol) She answered every question we asked, and if she didn’t know she soon found out the answer for us. Highly recommend her as nothing was too much trouble.
