Rebecca has been incredibly helpful and worked very hard to provide a great range of holidays to fit our specifications. She made the job of deciding which one to pick very difficult, a lovely problem to have, because they were all great! She kept us informed of her progress and was very knowledgeable about the locations we were considering. She listened to what our needs were and went above and beyond to try and find/build packages that would fit us.

Ryan was an absolute star! So helpful, what I thought was going to be a simple straightforward flights only booking .... wasn't, ended up being well over an hour. After searching soooo many options, Ryan found flights that worked for me and a cheap coach to the airport! Bonus!

What a pleasant hour I spent in hays travel yesterday.
I was looked after by a lovely member of staff called Cara.She was so enthusiastic I finished up booking a cruise, something I have not done before.
I am so looking forward to the whole experience.
Cara was very informative about the cruise and her knowledge shone through. I hope to see Cara again, when I book my next holiday.

The agent was very good, helpful and listened to what we wanted and found the holiday we wanted. It was the shop. No privacy, very noisy, very hard to hear what our agent said, and what we were saying

Was helped massively by Sally Ogden Stanhope with finding out amazing holiday to Magic Natura in Benidorm.
She took out all the hassle, and made what me and my family of 5 needed.
Amazing experience, and will be using her in the future.

Rebecca was very welcoming when we arrived in the branch.
Nothing was too much trouble for her in searching for our perfect holiday
She came up with options for us to take away as we were only visiting Leeds.
We continued with email and over the phone and booked a great deal which Rebecca had come up with the next day.
All in all a great experience a well earned 5 stars from us.
