Helpful staff Lily who sorted out the holiday was very professional, but still very friendly. Tried to ring the office today but no one answered .

We had a fabulous experience, Yana the travel agent was most delightful she helped us to sort our holiday out. As we are travelling with family and all have there own ideas, she was very patient. WONDERFUL !!

It’s people who make the difference
Dawn Bellis who looked after us was wonderful. The whole shop has a wonderful atmosphere of cheerfulness and efficiency. First port of call for travel needs in future.

First time booking with Hays, the lady who helped me was called Yana, really helpful, put me at ease, felt relaxed and comfortable chatting about what we wanted for our holiday. Great experience and a fabulous deal. Will be booking again!

I was given a lot of time and patience and all my questions and queries were answered or dealt with,as well as my flight and cruise tickets sorted making it all very stress-free which was a great way to book a holiday especially as I am on my own.

Had a lovely experience booking a flight with Yana at Hays. She was very helpful, easy to speak with and very cheerful.
One of her colleague’s even made me a lovely cup of decafe tea whilst I was waiting to see someone as they were very busy. Definitely recommend this travel agency. Good work ladies 👍👏👏

Great customer service and swift…
Great customer service and swift response. I wanted a holiday that allowed me to go to the same hotel as my sister who had booked at another Hays travel. Initially I only wanted 5 days , however after a discussion about how much better value a 7 night trip was i booked .
