5* Holiday Price Match
Id seen a holiday in a 5* hotel for a really cheap price but didnt feel comfortable booking on the Jet2 app in case id missed something so I called and spoke to a lovely lady called Caitlin and asked if she could match the price, she came back to me within the hour and said yes and within 30mins we had booked the holiday and I had received all the relevant paperwork. Amazing response!!!

Gemma absolutely knows her stuff
Gemma absolutely knows her stuff, I love the fact that she always seems to find fab holidays even outside of the normal package holiday you would normally associate with Hays travel. The best thing for me is the price, she always manages to find cheaper prices without compromising on quality!

Better Cruising
My wife and and went in to enquire about a cruise and got excellent service from Gemma in particular. Gemma showed us not only the cruise we were interested in but a different cruise to the same place at the the same time with a different company which suited us much better. She took us through the available cabins pointing out the best cabins to go for. We usually book online but after this experience, we'll be paying a visit to Hays in future!
