Another 1st Class service from Linda
Another 1st Class service from Linda. She found accommodation for eight of us in Barcelona at a very busy time of year which fitted the brief and budget perfectly - not an easy task. I trust her judgement and advice and would wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone thinking of travelling anywhere. Linda went way above and beyond …
Linda went way above and beyond for me. We discussed what I wanted from my holiday and she delivered on our discussion.
The hotel was perfect, for me, as was the location. She also arranged travel insurance which was extremely competitively priced.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Linda and personally, will always go back to book future foreign trips. We’re already planning a Nile/Egypt tour for 2027. Super excited. Super pleased. Can’t speak highly enough of Linda and Hayes Travel.

The information, quotes and answers to questions were prompt and detailed. All the questions were answered and Linda was happy to help with requoting when we altered details or dates. There was no pressure after we received the quote while we made our decision and the booking process was smooth and easy. Would highly recommend.

Customer service above and beyond
Linda was fantastic and put up with all my changes and queries and came up with some excellent options and gave me in-depth information on all of them.
She went above and beyond and found me a holiday resort to die for in a great location and for a very good price too.
I would highly recommend using Linda to book your holiday and i will be doing so myself in the future
