LONG OVERDUE.

So we have not booked a holiday abroad for 11 years and we were very nervous but we contacted Lisa Matthews explaining roughly what we were looking for including our dates and with in no time at all Lisa found us what looks an amazing place(we will confirm once we have had our holiday) fitting in with our required dates Lisa then proceeded to make all the arrangements then all we had to do was pay what we thought was a very good price. We will be recommending Lisa to all our family and friends!!

Nothing was to much trouble when I had a question for Lisa as I was very anxious flying for the first time with my additional need grandson but it was all in place and straight forward

Having a personal travel consultant (Lisa) is a excellent way of sorting things out when finding all the ins and outs of where you want to go and what you can do when there.
Then putting a costed package together , we changed things about three or four times and each time there was new costed itinerary sorted within a few hours. Nothing a problem and things where delt with promptly with on fuss. A very professional and good service. Thank you Lisa. And Hays Travel.
