Aiden at the Livingston branch was very patient and helpful finding us the perfect destination when we told him my husband had a hip replacement so needed an hotel with a lift/ walk in shower and only 3 hour flight time,he even suggested and organised assistance for us at the airport.

Suzanne could not have been more helpful.She was so enthusiastic and at the same time appreciated that I'd had a stroke recently, so went through everything in detail, including assisting me with the Insurance lady on the phone.
