Hazel went above and beyond to complete my booking despite opposition from the hotel in question to try to increase the original agreed price.spent.She spent the whole afternoon with me l counted nine phone calls beween us keeping me up to date with what was going on.last year was the first time I had used this company and received the same kind of service,l wouldn't go anywhere else now .l find this so rare these days, to be happy with a service. Karen was very friendly and helpful, helping me look through different options listening to my families needs and our preferences. This wasn’t made easy with my dates and budget but Karen took the time and effort to go through it all thoroughly, not making me feel rushed or pressured to making a decision and getting me the best value deal for my family. Would highly recommend and will be back to book future holidays.

Cruise booking
The girl who served me was pleasant and helpful although not experienced in booking cruises I will have to come back in regarding the cabin offered but otherwise good and will be happy to deal with Jessica again as well as the lady who helped
