Booked my Holidays with Hays for a while now. Always a great experience. Thanks to all the staff at Llantwit Major branch, much appreciated.

Efficient and friendly. One of the team had first hand knowledge of our destination which was useful. Everything explained and nice to know we can pop in if we have any further queries.

Popped in with my daughter because she’s the fussy child out of my 3. Sat down with Lacey and she was so helpful. Searched for the perfect place within my budget for a much needed family holiday. I couldn’t have asked for more. Even advised me on how to plan and pay in an affordable way for next year. Will be back to book again soon.

We’ve never used Hays before but will definitely use again! We wanted a fairly bespoke holiday with certain criteria. We walked away very happy indeed. Things we would never have thought about if we booked ourselves. Thank you 🤩

We came in for a short European break, we weren't sure exactly which hotel or date and Emma spent a long time with us going through various options such as one or two rooms, hotel site, etc. And her expertise meant we ended up with breakfast for almost the same price. Hays are always so helpful and nothing is too much bother. Always much better than trying to book ourselves
