Jack at the Lowestoft branch was exceptional, I was quite particular when booking my holiday and Jack had no problem with arranging everything I requested. I highly recommend using Hays Travel especially if you’re wanting a smooth and stress free experience.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in, we enquired about cruises and was given plenty of helpful information, we went home to think it through and returned a few days later, we saw the same assistant (Paula) who remembered us after answering a few more queries we booked our cruise, couldn't have had better service
