Went into Hays Lowestoft with a vague idea of where we wanted to go for a 4 night break..After a very pleasant hour or so we agreed on a destination that was good for the time of the year we wanted and a great price. Lauren, as all the staff was so helpful and patient..

Rachel really went the extra mile to help us choose a holiday, my husband hasn’t had a holiday abroad for many years and was quite apprehensive about the booking procedure and choosing a suitable holiday as he has limitations, Rachel made it very easy for us.

Jack was lovely he listened to what I wanted and understood what I needed. He made the whole process so easy. He even did all the information about my wheelchair, I had to do that myself last time. I could not praise him enough. I would definitely recommend him.

Lauren at Hays Lowestoft was beyond all expectations, kind, considerate and caring. Took time to listen and ask questions about exactly what I wanted from a holiday. She gave various pricing options, hotel advice and travel from airports to transfers and what to expect in the area we will visit. 100% recommended with no reservations, will definitely use again!
