Booking a Saga River Cruise
I enquired whether it was possible to book a Saga River cruise via Hays as I suffer from Hearing Loss and find face to face communication preferable. Kelly was very helpful talking me though each stage of the booking process.

We were able to come in and spend ages with Catherine sorting out a family holiday. She had already spent a long time finding holidays for us and then we chose something totally different! She was very patient as were a group of 8! All the staff in your Lymington office are lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent, professional, friendly,effective,efficient, customer service
I principally dealt with Catherine, Assistant Manager, who provided excellent customer service by researching the needs of the holiday I desired effectively. It was not rushed, and each step was agreed upon with me to ensure it was what I wanted. I felt very relaxed, which was down to the friendly, welcoming communication. There was a genuine desire and awareness to ensure I got the holiday experience I was looking for. The pressure of booking my holiday with all the flights, hotels and cruise that were needed, was taken away from me and gave me confidence that the whole package of my holiday was professionally achieved

Once home I showed my husband them & then I phoned Laura to book the holiday.
She advised me what I needed to do or check before travel & said if I needed any advice to phone or go in to see her.
