From the minute I contacted Lynne, she was extremely helpful and forwarded comprehensive options for the dates we requested. She also responded on Saturday and Sunday and by Sunday lunchtime we had our holiday booked! I would recommend Lynne to anyone wanting to book a holiday.

I've went to Lynn Ritchie more than a few times and anywhere we have been has been excellent she strives to make it the best experience hassle free nothing seems to bother her if she gets stressed she certainly doesn't show it and I will be booking holidays with her in the future .

I contacted Lynne re some land based holidays or a possible cruise in September 25. Lynne was extremely helpful and gave us several options for both with great hotels and a couple of cruises with several dates. The prices were great and after discussing all options we opted for a cruise on the Marella Explorer. Having never been on a cruise Lynne called us to answer any questions we had. She was very professional, informative and friendly. There was no hard sell and Lynne gave us the time we needed to decide on our best choice with her help. We feel Lynne is a definite asset to your company.

Lynne went out of her way on a Sunday evening to book our holiday as there was only a few rooms left at such a good price , couldn’t be more than happy with the service I had recieved. Will be booking in the future with Lynne!
