Ebony is the ultimate professional. She was extremely kind and patient. Ebony helped us with every phase of the booking process. I cannot imagine a better experience than the one she provided. She even called us the following day to remind us about exchanging our money before leaving the country, and to see if there was anything else she could do to help. We would happily recommend her to all our friends and family.

Fantastic service
Patient as I made lots of different enquiries for various destinations as we were so indecisive, no pressure to book though. However they did a fantastic job & found us a great USA multi-site holiday at a great price.

Super easy from start to finish. Ebony and her colleagues were really friendly & helpful. This is the second holiday we have booked with Hays in Lytham & we will certainly be coming back.
