Booked a holiday not knowing it was a 18-30s and at 68 not for us my fault for just asking for it but the next day after doing it as a surprise birthday present my partner pointed it out so she went back to the shop and it was changed to a much suitable holiday with no problem thanks to Emily great service I have used Hayes travel many times before.

We called in Friday morning with our requirements . By Friday afternoon I had received a telephone call and an email with holiday suggestions .
Holiday booked Saturday morning and both my husband and I felt the staff had gone beyond what we expected , to ensure our holiday will be perfect .

Extremely helpful
I have been going to Hays in Macclesfield for 3 years now. I have always found all the staff very helpful indeed. I am a solo traveller and not very good at making arrangements, but each member of staff have always been very friendly while still being professional. I will continue to go there and also recommend them to friends.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Didn’t feel rushed in any way to make a decision, staff genuinely wanted me to be happy with my booking. Listened and guided to make our holiday perfect in every way. Made everything easy for us so the trip was seamless - would definitely use again.
