Very helpful staff
Everyone is always so helpful whether you go in to the shop or you speak to them on the phone. The staff are all happy and cheerful and always make it a great experience booking a holiday with them. We always use the Macclesfield branch to book our holidays.

Hays Travel have been extremely helpful in supporting me throughout the booking process and helping me arrange what will truly be a trip of a lifetime for myself. Great personalized service!
We asked Hays Travel to investigate, recommend and book our Honeymoon. We had an idea of what we wanted to see and do on our holiday to Tasmania, but we're open to suggestions to make our honeymoon special. Hays used their partner, Gold Medal, who arranged some AMAZING hotels and excursions for us. Hays Travel staff were available throughout to help manage, book and coordinate the entire trip!
