We only book our holidays with the ladies at Hays travel Maesteg keep up the good work 👏 ladies. Even when the shop was closed for refurbishment the team dropped all the paperwork to our front door before we travelled that commitment for you. Thanks to the whole team keep up the good work xx

MMaesteg staff once again excel at customer service
Once again the service I received from staff in Maesteg was exceptional. My booking for a solo holiday was carried out efficiently and expeditiously by Tracey. I know that booking through Hays means that there are people I trust who are on my side whenever I need them.

Rebekah was brilliant!
Rebekah was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Having personal experience of the cruise we were interested in, she gave me confidence to go ahead with the booking.
She was also very patient with the two customers she was serving before me, who didn't really know what they wanted.
Despite the shop being busy, Rebekah didn't rush anyone and gave each customer individual attention. She also apologised for the waiting time to be served.

Excellent service! Despite the shop being extremely busy we were not rushed and given undivided attention. Our ‘wish list’ was carefully noted to aid the search and ensure that our holiday was as near to this as possible.
