Kelly in maesteg was amazing so helpful and kind she always goes above and beyond please give her a pat on the back as she always helps me when I go in the shop . The other girls are awesome as well it just so happens that I go to Kelly she explains everything to me . What a lady .👌

Rebekah at maesteg shop so helpful and friendly
Rebekah at maesteg shop was absolutely amazing could not do enough. I had messaged Rebekah via facebook and she got back to me straight away I then phoned her and she was so friendly and helpful. Rebekah sorted everything out for us for our holiday in New York. We will be back to see Rebekah for our future holiday. Really appreciate all Rebekah’s help and advice.

I'm very impressed with the staff and service at your Maesteg Branch. I've tried twice to submit a customer survey and on both occasions it has thrown me out. Please check this aspect to avoid future disappointment. Maesteg Branch is 1st class.

The lady who booked us on the holiday was brilliant she went through everything with us to make sure we understood everything she was polite and made it easy for us her customer service was brilliant. I will be booking in this shop again😎😎😎

Tracey was super patient and helpful
Tracey was super patient and helpful. We were booking 2 holidays. 1 for a lads holiday for which we knew which hotel etc so that was swift and efficient.
The 2nd holiday was a group family holiday entailing 4/5 rooms. We weren't sure where we wanted to go but Tracey was superb⭐ we were swapping and changing destinations, hotels 🤦 TBF we were a handful but we got there and have booked a fabulous resort 💜
