Service above and beyond.
Orders some Currency for trip to Colombia. I got confused about the exchange rate when I got my money.
Later that day I spoke to the cashier over the phone, she was very helpful and polite and explained everything clearly. I then understood everything.
Later that day that cashier rang me back saying she had investigated my concerns, and due to a change in exchange rates they owed me a small refund. Not many companies would go the extra mile like this. Great service, great company.

We were met by the lovely Laura who…
We were met by the lovely Laura who went through the holidays we had picked ourselves. Luckily she had noticed our favourite, next door had renovations going on so the noise was affecting people. We booked the riu hotel Costa del sol and we’re her now . It’s a fantastic place . It’s a large hotel but it has plenty of places to eat and drink. We’re glad we went to hays
