Great service from Amelia at the Maghull Branch. Arranged a complicated vacation stay in a remote part of Germany. All flights, accomodation and connecting rail transfers managed in a very friendly and organised manner.

Definitely 5 stars. Excellent service in Maghull Branch staff always friendly polite and welcoming. Booked several holidays at this branch which I may add is spotless and well stocked with brochures. All staff are very knowledgeable listen take their time and are very patient. Printed out all documents needed for holiday. After sales care excellent too ring up when you need to pop in for boarding passes tickets etc making your hols as stress free as possible also handy for currency with competitive rates I would highly recommend this branch nothing is too much trouble.
