We visited Hayes Travel & was greeted…
We visited Hayes Travel & was greeted by Rachel very warmly. We explained the holiday we were looking for and she immediately found the details and went through everything with us prior to booking our holiday. Rachel listened and made sure all our needs were met. Nothing was too much trouble & Rachel also made sure all our paperwork was double checked. Kay was so helpful. She listened to what we wanted and made thoughtful suggestions based on her knowledge and experience of the area we wanted to travel to. After we left the store, she continued to search out options that fit our brief. When we returned to book she went through the options and any questions we had.
